At MeetActions, we strive to provide the best possible service. However, due to the nature of our digital services and AI processing costs, payments are generally non-refundable. This includes fees for partial billing periods. Free trials are not charged. Refunds apply only to paid subscription charges.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused time.

3. Legal Exceptions

We honor all refund rights provided by applicable local laws. If you live in a jurisdiction where you are legally entitled to a refund within a specific period (e.g., the EU 14-day cooling-off period), please contact us, and we will process your request in accordance with the law.

4. Payment Processor

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment processing, customer service inquiries related to payments, and returns.
