3. Subscription & Billing

• Plans: We offer Free and Paid (Pro) plans. Specific features and limits are detailed on our Pricing page.
• Billing: Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us (via our payment provider, Paddle) to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact support immediately.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MeetActions for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates our policies. Prohibited activities include transmitting malware, spamming, or attempting to compromise our security.

AI & Human Services Disclosure: MeetActions is a fully automated software service. No human operators manually review, edit, or process customer meeting recordings, transcripts, or generated outputs. All processing is performed by automated AI systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetActions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
